The Kankakee County Soil and Water Conservation District understands the importance of equipping the next generation with the tools to become good stewards of our natural resources. With ties to local producers, area scientists and colleges within the county, the K3SWCD is driven to create partnerships and programs that excite the community and empower the youth.
The K3SWCD puts together workshops, presentations and tours that revolve around water quality, soil health and the preservation of natural resources for our community. If you would like the K3SWCD to organize an educational workshop or presentation for your event, please contact us!
