About the event
Summer Quest with the Kankakee Valley Park District is a four week program covering different parts of our natural resources! Participants ages 6-10 will learn about soil, plants, bugs, and the different ecosystems around us. Session 2 starts on July 6th, meeting every Tuesday from 10-11 AM until July 27th. Week 1 features organic matter, Week 2 focuses on our ecosystems, Week 3 teaches about prarie wildflowers, and Week 4 emphasizes insects!
